« Personal data » The following are considered personal data, in the sense of Article 1 Paragraph 1 of Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data: "any information, of whatever nature and regardless of its medium, including sound and image, concerning an identified or identifiable individual.

In accordance with the law n° 09-08 relating to the protection of the physical persons with regard to the treatment of the personal data (Dahir n° 1-09-15 of 22 safar 1430 (February 18, 2009) carrying promulgation of the law n° 09-08 relating to the protection of the physical persons with regard to the treatment of the personal data), YOFITT commits, in order to protect the personal Data of the Users, to implement all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the safety and the confidentiality of the collected and treated personal Data, and in particular to prevent that they are deformed, damaged or communicated to not authorized thirds.
YOFITT is brought to ask the Users by means of forms put on line on the Application, to communicate personal Data concerning them.
These Personal Data are collected and treated by the company YOFITT.
YOFITT informs the Users of the Application that their Personal Data are collected for the purposes mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
The Users, by validating the informed requests, by means of the form put on line on the Application, recognize to give their consent to the collection and to the treatments of their data by YOFITT, within the limit of the personal data requested by YOFITT.
In accordance with Law No. 09-08, Users have the right to access, rectify and oppose the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons. These rights may be exercised by Users by contacting the data controller, providing proof of identity, by sending an e-mail to its representative at the following address: yofittapp@gmail.com.
In case of refusal to consent to the collection and processing of personal data or in case of exercise of the right to object to the processing of data, the Users of the Application are exposed, depending on the nature of the data concerned, to their deregistration from the Application or the termination of their subscriptions.
YOFITT guarantees the confidentiality of the personal Data that it collects from the Application. The collected data are intended for YOFITT and are not, in no case, communicated to thirds, with the exception of the thirds mentioned in the above mentioned treatments.
YOFITT keeps the data of the Users for a limited duration mentioned in the authorized treatments, necessary to the realization of the finality of the above mentioned treatments.
The security and confidentiality of your Personal Information is of great importance to us. For this reason, we restrict access to your Personal Information to those members of our staff who need to know that information in order to process your request and/or provide you with the requested service. We do not disclose your Personal Information to unauthorized third parties. We may, however, share your Data with authorized service providers (e.g., technical providers (hosting, maintenance), consultants, etc.) that we use to perform our services. The Site and the Application are intended for adults capable of entering into obligations in accordance with the legislation in force in Morocco. Your rights In accordance with the law n° 09-08 relating to the protection of physical persons with regard to the treatment of personal data in force in Morocco you have the rights of access, rectification and opposition.
You may at any time ask us to stop receiving advertisements or prospecting by contacting us directly and free of charge, or by using the unsubscribe link included in any prospecting that we may send you by e-mail or by sending an e-mail to the address indicated below. This opposition is without prejudice to the legality of mailings made before its implementation.
We implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processing of Personal Data. We use a database to manage and track our relationships with current and potential Users. This data includes your first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
This policy will be effective as of the date of its publication. We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do so, the changes made will only be effective after the expiration of the period mentioned in the notification letter that will be communicated to Users.
